You may return the items you purchased within 14 days from the day you received them. Exchanges can be done between products of equal or greater value exclusively through the courier company ELTA Porta-Porta.

If you wish to return your items through any other courier company, it is at your own expense. We explicitly state that the return of items from another courier company at our expense will not be accepted. 

Within Greece, the first return is at our expense and you will only have to pay the difference in price of the items purchased (if they are of greater value than the initial order). 

For the second return, you will be charged for the difference in the price of your items as well as the amount of 3,50€ (cash on delivery service) when you receive your order. 

For the third return (and every return after that), you will be charged for the difference in the price of your items as well as the amount of 5,00€ (cash on delivery service) when you receive your order. 

All exchanges and returns from Cyprus and from the rest of the world are at the customer’s expense.

All exchanged items go through a quality control process in order to ensure that the tags and barcodes have not been removed or damaged in any way. Furthermore, all items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when they were purchased. 

For hygiene purposes, we do not exchange underwear and jewelry. Sets that are considered as a single piece (such as socks, swimwear etc.) should be in their original packaging without any damage. Swimwear purchases can be exchanged if the hygiene strip has not been removed and if all hygiene guidelines are respected. Swimwear must also be returned in the same condition as when purchased with the original packaging. 

Items on sale cannot be returned. That includes items from the clearance category, items purchased during sales periods of over 60% discount, Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.

There are no refunds. However, store credit can be added to your personal profile or you can choose to receive a coupon with the amount corresponding to the items purchased.

The company is not responsible for any damage to the items after they have been used and is not obliged to replace them.
